Fleet Driver Training

By driving with a change in their attitude, it will have a positive effect on the individual, their team, your organisation and the community in which your organisation works.

There is nothing more noticable than a badly driven vehicle with a company logo emblazened along the side or people noticing the same signwritten vehicle damaged, post collision, on the roadside. Incidents of bad driving can not only be financially costly but damaging to the image and reputation of a company.

Whilst the obvious focus is on fuel savings, accident reduction and the cost savings associated with collision repair and loss of working days through injury, many other variables in fleet costs can be influenced through good, efficient driving.

In all, it is possible to influence over 80% of your fleet cost through effective driver training. One in three company vehicles are involved in collisions every year. Driving employees are subjected to the trauma of over two hundred serious or fatal road traffic collisions every year.

Are your staff suitably trained? Can you afford to take the risk?

Safer Drivers means a Safer Business.

At Transition  our training is based around drivers getting a better understanding of progressive, defensive and economic driving. They will develop further skills, use directed observations to develop a driving risk assessment from which they can formulate a driving plan based on the environment that they find themselves in at the time.

Our training is not about how fast your employees can drive and it is not about telling them to drive slowly. Transition training is about getting them to understand that with a careful planned approach to their driving it can be safer, smoother and systematic, with the economical benefits that brings.
